Our homeowners had a mission. They found the community. They bought the house with endless ocean views by day and city lights by night, but they needed the right custom home builder to rebuild it. They chose Anthony Everett Development.

Taking the home down to the foundation, the team moved the laundry room to the garage to maximize the footprint of living space, added a soundproof music room and a series of retractable doors along the back to make the flow of the home continue into their yard.
